It uses a EU style for dates, so it's 7/11/2016, meaning it starts today, and lasts until September 11th. Still no idea how to get it...

I checked in the Discord channel for Pero Pero Seduction, and it looks like the code hasn't been revealed yet for ANYONE... No idea when it will either apparently.
