Anyone have a list of all the SR and R cards that are uncensored?
List of N cards isn't really necessary as it's cheap and easy to upgrade all those to lvl 100
I'll start with what I know and will update this list with your input.

A reason why some cards are censored and others not?

The game is originally Japanese and Nutaku wasn't doing any work on it other than translating it to English, and thus it was 100% censored. I'm guessing they eventually hired an artist or 2 to make new cards like Silly Girl and also started having them go over existing cards to de-censor them.
However, because most of the content is still coming from the Japanese version of the game. Almost all newly added stuff is censored.
