I have a problem with new event.
I earned more than 100K , but I haven't a card ( R event card (kasumi ochiya)).
Maybe anybody had similar problem?

I didn't get her immediately yesterday, but got her this morning, so I guess the server needs time to respond.
If you don't get her until tomorrow, you could write a support ticket.

Someone over on ULMF wrote a support ticket yesterday reporting missing several rewards. They got a response that this was a known issue and everyone should get whatever rewards they've missed some time today.

I reported that since 1st EG event.

It took 2 days before I got the R Card and I am still waiting on the 2k, 3k, 25k,30k,90k and 125k rewards.... I'm currently at 2,600,000 EP
