I know for the most part the wiki does a good explanation of defining them but can someone explain what the N/R/SR Girls objective is in the Specials tab? Really confused. I am only 1 away from completing "Get Friendly With 25 Gyaru Girls".

From what I recall it means to have that amount of N/R/SR cards in your collection.

Yes, you are correct. It is based on the Girl Cards you have collected. I figured it out afterward, but also it is an overall progress mission. So you can 'open' and 'close' them to your heart's content just to see how many you have collected thus far.
