Step by step:

1.)Fight other players during the Princess Contest Event.
2.) If you win you get tickets.
3.) Go to Gacha machine and hit the "Get a Gacha" button (5 tickets required).
4.) Try to get that fancy card
5.) If you get it, click refresh and go to the next box
