What kind of HP are they getting away with? I have a few that have not been on in a day.

The third guard I've lost due to timeout had 8.9m HP.. ..I was like "omfg, GG" xD
I'm not sure but it looks like each missed guard makes the next one easier in terms of HP.

I'm not going to be able to help you out with the 8 million bosses. Those are way out of my league. I just let them expire when I get one, and I just ignore the ones sent to me. No point in wasting focus just to tickle them.

That's what I'm currently doing when I get to face those 8m guards. Just let them expire, for now they're way too much to handle.
