I'm in the same boat as you: I started playing in the first 2hs of the game being up... I just got lucky this month and finally got Chise.

The color of the button doesn't really limit the prizes you get, just defines the % chance of getting each thing.
As such, unless the chences for Chise are 3 times higher with silver button over bronze button, it's better to just do 3 feedings of 1 ticket.
