Yeah, considering what happened last week plus this issue, I don't think you'll have problems with having your card on your list when the update is ready.
Maybe this kind of bugs will happen again in the future, so maybe it'll be a good idea to take some screenshots when new cards are available before confirmed releases, like today's bug.
