SR wild cards are meant just for that. It's a free level to any card you choose. Generally kept and used on SR cards only.

What is +5 in that card ??

it means the card has reached over lv 100
you need ex wild card and has to be lvl 50

the SED also increasing although didn't that much

To use ex-wild you need to get level to 50.
Then your Cards can be upgrated to level 105.
Level 100 give +5 to max level
Level 200 give +5 to max level

Base SED of 1 Mill give max level + 5 (not posible atm)
Base SED of 2 Mill give max level + 5 (not posible atm)
Base SED of 3 Mill give max level + 5 (not posible atm)

Finish stage 16-9 to get + 25 max levels. (Not posible atm).

N-Wild, R-Wild SR-Wild cant be used on Card with level 100 or greater.

N-Gacha, R-Gacha, SR-Gacha and spins can raise a Card to levels higher than level 100.

If a Card is level max level and a Gacha gives another copy of that the player get N-Wild/R-Wild/SR.wild.

Players should not spend Ex-wild on Cards that can be obtained from bonus stage or from N-Gacha.

speaking of tips...can anyone explain to me what candies/pero glasses/radars actually do ? I keep getting them from god damn kurito instead of limited cards , and i still got 0 ideea what they do...

If you click on the Extras button and then go to the Pero Collection tab, she should be there somewhere with a chat-bot. I never really looked into how that thing works, I just know you can feed her those pero candies you occasionally get. Note that there's a scroll bar on the right side on the Collection tab, so she could be hiding somewhere off the page if you already have more girls there.
