And btw, if that's the case... when is the best time i leave stage 1-3 ?? because, if i make all my Card that i have now to lv 100.. it will cost a numerous amount of N-Gacha.. because there is so many kind / type of N-Card in N-Gacha, i can't leveling up the card that i desire...??

If you're going to use the 1-3 exploit, you should stay there until all your cards are maxed obtainable in 1-3 are maxed (That's only 4 cards).
This is something you should repeat on every stage with a sta cost below 5. After that it's actually better to just stay in each stage to get all the cards only.
