All those cards you mentioned you can't find are in the event gacha. You can see them in the card list for it.

So, may I ask when Pie Timers reset? I teased some people yesterday when my missions reset, and it was just fine. My missions reset now and the people I tease don't count towards my mission. Is there a specific time all timers reset or does it depend solely on when you teased said people?

I know what you're thinking: "Why can't you just tease friends of friends or I doubt you teased all 37 friends"
This is just a general question so I can save teasing the same people over and over for pero since others are teasing as well.

Also I apologize if this has already been answered or I asked this in the wrong section. I was just curious plus I have a common problem where I don't notice obviously located things. lol

Pie Timers seem to reset exactly 24hs after the Pie was given... You have to take care on when you give them, or you'll lose some possible pies one day

I've just realized that I am crazy enough to open the Guard's player list and start pieing all the active players one by one...
397 pages = 19850 players = 397000 daily pero.
And it only takes me around 66hs to click everybody!

Yeah, it's impossible to click everybody. But, a couple of hours yields an extra 15k pero every day.

If you have trouble finding friends to chuck pies at, the next alternative is to hit up friends of friends (of friends of friends of fri...you get the picture) that aren't directly friended to you and just keep chucking pies until the mission's done.

Instead of hitting the "Tease" button under a friend avatar, click the avatar itself and it will take you to the friend's page. From there you can see and choose from that friend's list of friends, and do that repeatedly until you find people unrelated to yourself to pie up.

Can I ask for a more specific advice? My current goal is to increase my SED to manage to get in the 501 ~ 1000 rank range so I can get the limited SR card. I saw the contents of this topic too late (via google, when I saw it through the forum for the first time I assumed it's just the first post) and now I'm at the boss of 4-3 and holding at least until I get the SR card.

I have 24/26N, 14/20R, and 6/14SR of the gacha cards, facebook's Lilith Lil, and Kurito's limited N card.
In total I have 25N, 17R, and 10SR cards, my total SED is 60,083 at lvl 20.
Currently on 3362nd place with 94,751 EP and 41 eliminations.

Here is what I currently do:
Search for the Elite Guard and attack her, spend the rest of the stamina on 4-3 until the guard is defeated, since it gives more exp and pero.
Solo the guard if possible (so far it's always been possible unless we get a power outage or something).
Upon defeat of the guard I let the stamina recharge until the focus is full so I can look for her again.
I spend all the pero on 6x Gacha Tickets, which I proceed to use normally, since there are still gacha cards I don't have.
I complete the pie trowing daily mission and the first flirting mission with any gacha I've obtained, then start the triple chance mission for the rest of the day.
When leveling cards I pick the ones wih biggest max SED first.

Is there anything that can be improved? The person currently at 516th place has 130,906 total SED, so I think it's possible to get in the low end of the range if I get mostly 3x EP from battles.

I would recommend leveling all your moe cards to 50 before you focus on babe/sexy cards. Moe cards get a lot more SED from levels 1-50 than the other two, and then it goes downhill.

However, if you have Akie Ibara, level her up asap, she gives you a better SED when fighting elite guards. If you don't have her, do keep going at the gacha, you can get her from there.

I'm newbie and i'm still confused about this :

1) Newer use R-Gacha tickets donate them all 1 at a time. Players get one R-Gacha from daily quest.

Yup, to Kurito. And no not all 10 at a time, either 1 by 1 or 3 of them. Check the thread with kurito value of items and what can u get in that range.
Kurito has a N, R and a SR card that u can get, beside other goodies like Wild Card 1/3/5.
