If you click on the Extras button and then go to the Pero Collection tab, she should be there somewhere with a chat-bot. I never really looked into how that thing works, I just know you can feed her those pero candies you occasionally get. Note that there's a scroll bar on the right side on the Collection tab, so she could be hiding somewhere off the page if you already have more girls there.

Hi Guys, can anyone tell me what use the Elixir is? Why would I want to chase away a Raid Boss?

I use it a lot in phase 2, to chase away the regular Elite Guards, so I can keep hunting for the Super Elite Guards without wasting my precious focus. Focus comes in a more limited supply than Stamina.

In the event exchange shop, if you scroll to the second listing (arrow button on the right side) you can trade 160 (!) of them for a slayer girl for the next event.

If you really want that slayer girl, then get as many crystalis as you can, but keep in mind you can also buy extra crystalis (if you're a few short) in the regular store.
