Hey guys, I've been pretty into this event and have decided that it's way easier to just support people and try to snipe MVPs/Seduction Artists bonuses (unless it's your boss and you're on this this forum) to still gain decent EP and not have to do all the leg work on and get in on multiple kills. One thing I noticed though is all the Kasumis I'm getting are 8.7 million HP bosses. Even if I halve that they're still hella strong. But lately I've been seeing a lot more high level Kasumi's with under a million HP.

Anyone know how to do that? I think Tenhou mentioned you need to use an elixir and then keep searching but is that a reliable method?

Ok so what Tenhou said is he happened to get one of those 8.7M girls and drove her off and then a weaker one appeared with 800K. I know from personal experience I haven't driven any off and have only seen 8.7M HP girls but a lot of my friends are getting the weaker Kasumi's regularly.
