For those who don't speak/read Russian i'll explain it short - Russian authorities known as Roskomnadzor (which roughly translates as Russian Communications Overwatch or something like that) pushed through another "anti-pedo/anti-hentai law" in Russia, and now anyone caught with some pictures or vids with images, or texts with descriptions of naked little girls or boys (drawn loli and shota characters are included in the first place) involved in sexual activity, or depicted in erotic context (ecchi), or even _adults, dressed as or acting as loli characters, involved in sexual activity or pretending to do so_ can be sentenced to 10 years of prison.

So yeah. Most of PPS and other Nutaku/DMM games Russian players will most probably have to quit these games soon and delete all their loli/shota ecchi/hentai. Which totally counts for most Ecchi anime too, and, i'm afraid, next will be common hentai with adult characters only and most of normal anime (since many anime series have underage characters and at least a few lewd/suggestive moments). They even send emails with demands to delete whole hentai-related sections to admins of Russian torrent trackers and websites and block those websites if they refuse (like they've totally blocked the biggest Russian torrent tracker, rutracker.org lately, for all users from Russia, for refusing to delete whole music and books subsections because of some copyright company's unsubstantiated claims - while Rutracker's admins were always removing copyrighted materials from the tracker right after they recieved orders to do so from copyright holders with which they were always working in cooperation)

Not that it's illegal, but I'm REAL particular about keeping porn of ANY kind on my laptop. I stream everything, and I do so in private modes for my browser so it doesn't track my cookies.

PPS doesn't install anything on your computer, so they can't really arrest you for it unless they see you. When in doubt, can't you just use a proxy browser?

But seriously. No porn on the hard drive. Ever. I KNOW it's a bummer to stream and it's nice to have it locally, but you can't find what ain't there. Keep it on the web, my friend.

Sorry to disappoint you, but all your traffic goes through your IPS (Internet Service Provider - the company you sign your contract with when you get your flat wired) and even if you use a proxy or anything all your google requests go to your IPS first. And Google stores your requests on their servers too, and if you use Windows 10 Microsoft also gets and stores all you keystrokes (win10 has a built in keylogger, you know...) as do most apps on Android. besides, streaming flash video, say, from Pornhub or x-videos still downloads those movies into your browser's cache folder - from where you can easily copy and save it in any other folder by just adding .flv to the name of the file you need (but first you should know that this particular file with a name like 987908sdjkfF0789sf78sdfcsdjFGD is a cached file with your video stream - or you just need a browser plugin that tracks cache files for you - something like FLV Downloader plugin). Also, must of Russian users store their stuff - should it be porn, music, pictures (including hentai pisc) or any other kind of vids like movies, anime, TV series, music videos etc, in their profiles on VK.com - a russian clone of Facebook. Some prefer to store their files on cloud storages like Yandex.Disk, Google Drive, etc, but i really doubt this is a good way to store porn - VK is kinda safer, since they don't check what you store, until it doesn't have md5 sum like something that was copyright-claimed and asked to be removed by copyright owners or not sharing your porn/hentai with kids or post it on your page's "wall" so other people see it when they visit your profile page or in their own newsfeed. But as Roscomnadzor started it's "holy war on pedos' even VK.com had to block many of it's porn and hentai communities, which were plentiful before that... But as far as you don't do things mentioned above, and don't have a picture of your your dick on the avatar and name like "Pussy Fucker" you used to be fine there...
Personally i've accumulated there around 15000 hentai pictures "hand-picked" across VK.com Hentai communities and different ~booru websites and like 10 vids on my main account and about 500000 random hentai pics and about 300 vids on my "porn-dedicated acc" which i used to help a few guys to run their hentai community about 5 years ago, before it was blocked (but my acc is still perfectly fine by having a big friggin 18+ sign and a disclamer on the top of it's "wall". I'm afraid i'll have to remove that soon to not draw attention, or totally wipe that acc clean of hentai (

Good for you, but keep in mind that all your traffic still goes through your IPS first, and only then - to the VPN you are using.

Lol more dumb laws. WTf does hentai and drawings have to do with anything. Just like those anti piracy crap crying over torrents. If someone doesn't have the money to buy stuff then they won't get anything out of it no matter what.

You could encrypt your porn with an EPKE protocol and use onion routing to tranfer it while connected to a public hotspot (like a library). That will mask the IP involved from the ISP and even if they looked at your files they couldn't read them. Of course you'd need someone (probably outside Russia) to retrieve and encrypt the files to be transfered for you, and leaves the problem of storage. Wouldn't it be safe to keep them in local hard disks? I don't think even Russian authorities would come to your house and do a search your pc for no reason... Or would they?

according to what I know about traffic tracking you can still fuck them and watch or play what you want without being tracked just follow these steps :
1) use google and alike sites as guest not while you are logged

2) make sure to use private or incognito browsing or other browsers like tour ( this will make no worries about cookies )

3) use vpn sites like http://hidemyipvpn.com/ or proxy like http://ultrasurf.us/ ( this will make your ISP fucks himself because your browsing is now encrypted and can not see real activities )

4) make sure to follow all steps at the same time and be careful of windows 10 . I use windows 8.1

Here's hoping you're right. Personally, I think these types of laws are bullshit, and I think it's ridiculous. I don't care what you fap to so long as you aren't doing anything that is ACTUALLY reprehensible like doing any of the themes in a lot of hentai. So you have some weird fetishes. Okay. Are you raping people? No? Are you fucking kids? No? What about using mind control or extreme pain? No? Then you know what? I don't give a fuck. Fap to it all you want. And if you ARE using your tentacles to somehow penetrate girls (or boys, not discriminating!) in every hole at once, then kudos to you. I'm not sure how you pulled that off, but more power to you.

It's so much like the argument in the late 90s and early 2000s in the US that violent video games make people commit murders or school shootings. I played Doom and most of the FPS games at the time. I also played Mortal Kombat 1, 2, and 3. (4 and beyond just got kind of... bad) So I've played a TON of violent games. Know how many people I've killed? Zero.

We have SO many REAL threats in this world, and instead we invent boogymen just to POSSIBLY arrest people that weren't going to do anything anyway. Good job, world.
