At the moment, Nutaku respected most known card tier. i.e. all the "co-ed party trolls" can be obtained from N-Gacha (3 sexy cards). Risa (her sis) is from N-gacha too.

Even card tier from events was respected. 1st and 3rd gambit has rewards (ranking and achievement) only available at that event and both was sisters.

If this scheme keep respected, Lisa should be released in N gacha.

That's all in Japanese.... however I can see in that list at least a dozen or more cards we might not get because they look TOO loli. But you know the oldest anime girls always look that way (hint, hint nutaku).
