Might be possible, But I doubt it. Remember you only see about 1% of the bad rolls posted but 90% of the good rolls, that skews the appearance of how many have dropped quite a bit.

So ive gone months without any new 5 stars (not including the mission 5 stars) Anyway i got 6* Ghost Weed from the Vote Gacha, and then i woke up this morning and won 500 rainbow leader medals and went with Helenium (Easter) my next choice will definitely be Lycoris because she's bloomable

Used my free Rainbow Medals to nab Victoria as my twelfth 6*.
She complements Victoria Bride, who was my very first 6* roll and one of only two 6*s I earned through completely random gacha rolls with the 200 to 1 odds.

The deciding factor for me was her Bloomed form art, actually, which reminds me a lot of her Bride outfit. And Victoria Bride doesn't even have a bloom yet, so I may eventually have to switch out evolved Victoria Bride for bloomed regular Victoria on my A-team.

I'm not even a huge fan of the yandere stereotype. But that voice, man. That voice. Victoria's VA is just the best. And somehow, she only voices Victoria and Victoria Bride, which makes her that much more special than the rest.

*btw even for a yandere, this one is comletely bat shit insane. Like "here take this bullet in between the eyes" if met in the real world insane.

The VA does dub one or two more characters actually, both of them being 5*
I am sure I got at least one of them, but cant remember which ones they are though.

Went with Saffron in the end counter and doge are 2 fun abilities and she blooms - but really ummed and ahhed over this one - more so then when I was paying for them and just wanted Orchid so picked her
