I'm guessing one may be a 4* is the other 3* maybe the 12-5 3 medal reward?

The 3-star between Marigold and Sasanqua is Blue Lotus. I think the other one is Hibiscus, but I don't have her so not 100% sure. I'm just guessing based on filtering by pierce and seeing one empty slot before my Canola.
