Well, I just got home, logged on and saw your request, so now you've got at least 1 powerful friend.
Tip: In case you didn't know, the power of your friends' helper squads is limited by the level of your strongest girl. Therefore, to make better use of your helper squads (especially if you're using them to power through maps you couldn't normally clear) pick 1 girl of yours and level her as much as you can so the helper squads aren't too restricted in power.
