As far as I can tell in 12-4 the ampys keep dropping relatively at good rate (not the best but you know). However seeing your comments I think I will try to run the -3 map a few times for comparison.

You won't get any lvl 100 manyus in the beginner garden, but lvl 20 manyus are quite common there. So it depends on what you need. I have a bunch of unevolved low level girls still, so for now it's alright for me.
