Well, I'm not sure what that other person used, but I use this one. Click that third plus sign to bring up list of events (in my google translate, it reads as "Add another event character list".)

Wow i think the 6* from the Dipladenia Event is really good. Isn't she S-Tier or something?

I have no idea about the tiers tbh. I'm just happy getting any 6 star at all. The only time I'll start worrying about tiers is when I have more than 20 rainbows(like that's ever going to happen)

If you just started the game, those gems is actually reward for finishing the tutorial.

No, the tutorial was actually broken recently. Everyone got 5 FGs for compensation.
