Wow i think the 6* from the Dipladenia Event is really good. Isn't she S-Tier or something?

I have no idea about the tiers tbh. I'm just happy getting any 6 star at all. The only time I'll start worrying about tiers is when I have more than 20 rainbows(like that's ever going to happen)
