Lavender, Mountain Lilly and Edelweiss are all very strong for 5* event girls, Edelweiss also have a bloom form already.

Other than that, if you need girls for your 1st 4 teams of 5 then i'd suggest going for any girls with Skill Activation.
When you are still grinding out with low Total Power teams, skill activation is possibly the strongest ability of all.
