Other than that, if you need girls for your 1st 4 teams of 5 then i'd suggest going for any girls with Skill Activation.
When you are still grinding out with low Total Power teams, skill activation is possibly the strongest ability of all.

Lavender is own, edelweiss is next(i need hit pers) and Lilly
lavender need skill up or this is uselessly
