You said Pierce who hits hard right? Well other than Anemone who was mentioned, Mei Plumblossem had her stats buffed at the same time as Sakura and has a 3.8x single target skill to go with her high 7.5k ATK.

In DMM she has 5.2x damage multiplier which is the highest Skill damage multiplier in the game, before any passive abilities or power ups are accounted for.
Her dream was to become stronger than Sakura, and after blooming, with this high of a skill damage, she finally managed to do so.
