I was behind on affection though as I keep just getting cake/gems which I don't need so at least this is useful

I've got 1000 gold and I know in the past you could get a 6* ticket for 1000g, but it wasn't very often. Any idea if that might come back soon, and if I should wait for it, or should I just get this gacha? My gold will expire sometime this summer (6 months after getting it), and I don't want to buy any more gold...
