*The girls you mentioned are not the worst, they are still 5* after all, check out the skills of the girls and see how to fit them into teams - in this game all buffs stack, some have a limit some don't but all buffs stack so its best to build your team in a way where the skills supplement each other.

*Usually you want to keep farming events, as there is always Event shop present (unless its a Gacha/Card event but then the farming becomes even more intense), and clearing the shop gets you bunch of good stuff. Other than that, Event 50/80 stam missions reward you with Life Crystals which can be used as exchange currency for some very good items like Skill Blooms which improve your girls power by a solid degree.

*Save your flower gems for Gacha rolls that promote the girls you would like to get. Also its strongly advised to expand your inventory size.

Also back in the day there was a limited option to get Dressblooms for Flower Gems, but that option has been removed for some time now, however some of us still hope it makes return eventually.
