You will always get a window where you have to confirm it first. And you dont just confirm it you have to click on a little square first and then on confirm. No way you would do all these steps accidentially.

It's more of a convenience to me than a necessity, since I always lock new girls immediately. And it doesn't happen for dupes I noticed, only for new girls which pass through the introduction scene. So, while it's not a necessary feature to me, I don't see reason to spend time removing it either.
