well it's relativly easy, there're 2 dream fests a day and you can choose the time when to participate from 5 available timeslots, so it would take 1,5 days minimum and just clicking on participating during those times you choose. the real pain is getting used to the menu at first~

just reply to myself, do the tutorial and then dream fest and you're fine in 1,5 days at the least, if the wording is as is, you only have to participate not win.
