I have Mountain Lily now but where do i get the Skill/Dressblooms for her???



I am not complaining though cause i have 46 FGs right now and maybe there is enough time for me to roll a 10+1 in the Limited 1 cause i desperately want Evening Primrose^^

But i am curious. Is this intentional or not?
