Reason:

Cactace has got her Bloomed Form but we don't know her Abilities yet so nobody knows how good she is afterwards and i think Nutaku takes advantage of it...The Guys already considering her "Waifu" would buy her anyway and for all the others it's a gamble...Should i buy her or not?

That's what i would do considering there are Whales buying for the purpose of waifuism and other Whales buying for the purpose of Power Gaming or for both reasons^^^
