Gerbera doesnt really matter in this case, since she is a Slice type girl and thus will not compete for the magic manyus. As for leveling, always prefer 6* as your primary target, since they get the most out of lvl ups, due to the raw stat increase per level.
As such, go for Leucoryne first, and only start on Mirabilis once Leucoryne is past her Evolution (I usually take it easy once I Evo, and do 2 more upgrades, usually netting me around lvl 35-40. After that the girl be strong enough and you can shift your focus to the other one)

i mean, new girls means new squad adjusting for me (which i need to 'pull out' my current girls)

and FKG current event 'force' us to prioritize event material than manyus (glad i finished Monopastrum past week ago so i can grind manyus)
