@maotd Well in Nutaku walls made of rainbows and golds, not salts. So with so many girls blooming hearts will never be enough. But yeah I do forget about bloom gifts. Lacking of bond crystals limited the amounts of gifts you can get even more.

Even with Bond crystals, there is still a limited amount of gifts (and I don't even speak of the D-Medal needing a shit ton of Bond Crystal too). Not enough to max as many girls as Blooming Heart available from LC shop. Or you need to by also gifts from LC shop (at least on DMM) but if you do that, you can't by all the Blooming Heart, all the gifts and all the gold/rainbow skill bloom. and since Nutaku is full of Gold/Rainbow, you need thoses skillbloom harder than everything.
In another words, the actual limitation in the game (not even on Nutaku only) is 2nd affection gifts and not Blooming Heart. Even if Heart seems rarer. Just to compare, on DMM I have 10 Bloomed Affection girls. Only 4 of them are 100%, 2 other are above 60% and the last 4 stay at 0% since months. And there is still 4 Blooming Heart in LC shop. Too hard to get random gifts from gather, too expensive gifts from shop.

If you want to ignore the other added features including second affection unlocking and crafting, then sure; the update was "just" about the new event.

To forestall anyone being tempted to say, "but we can't level the secondary affection without gifts", you're wrong. Craft the 5%/10% universal ones from the regular gifts and use those; at least two people that I know of have done this already and maxed 2 girls.

Don't have enough regular gifts to craft? Well, now you have something else to do: run the Searching for Presents map(s).

It's not the Holy Grail of updates, granted, but I think a few people here are just trying to be disappointed; even if Blooming (2nd evo) went live yesterday it's not like anyone was in a position to evolve anyone since no one had the mats.

getting let down by a teased bloom update that hasnt been fully been implemented, errors showing up when trying to sortie, having to click start twice every mission to make the squads move on autorun (which was tampered with this week's update for some reason), graphical stamina bug resurfacing is enough reason to be disappointed this week. At least the new Thursday gacha machine went smoothly, sasuga Nutaku setting their priorities straight.

I haven't had much to complain about their compensations but this one, THIS ONE really ticked me off. This has got to be a really bad joke and I'm supposed to laugh really hard at this. Oh boy, I think the summer heat has really gotten to me......

But no, I'm not giving up yet. I'm gonna be patient and wait till tomorrow, no maybe even until next week. Hoping that there'll be more proper compensations given out. But if this 1 Flowering Heart is all there is to it, I dunno what else to say about it.

Okay now I will be clear here - I expected that the blooming fucking heart is part of the Blooming being launched.
You know, to get you going and increased the hype a bit. Pretty much a marketing move, and something fairly often seen in DMM.

The fact they handed it out as a compensation for the clusterfuck of bugs... this is beyond laughable, this is plain out spitting in the face of the players.
The LEAST they could do is give out either multiples, or even better, give bunch of Bloomed Affection Gifts so you can at least have something to go with the heart.

The people need 20 bitchslaps on the face, and massive re-education how the fuck do business. The funny thing is, whales still gonna go for all the paid gacha regardless of all of this, so I can kinda understand them laughing their assess off at our expense after throwing us literally one singular item of not that great of a worth as a compensation.
I swear to God these people dont care about their reputation at all. 5FGems as compensation would keep the player waters fairly calm, and would cost them literally nothing. Like here you go, take this single yolo pull, its on us. Cheers.
Again - if they wanted to go this route - Ok one heart, and 5 of each Bloom Gifts, so that the inbox at least feels pseudo full and you have something to start with for the girl that gets the heart. But this move of theirs is as much as a provocation as it could possibly be.

I will stop now for there would be only well justified and deserved spite coming out of me if I continue this. Especially after this "compensation".
I can literally imagine them scratching their asses, laughing and not giving a singular f*ck.

We might get more compensation later on, just having one tiny bit of hope

This doesn't make up for the glitches after a long maintenance

It's best to take a whole day maintenance to make sure all of Bloom be in affect to be implemented rather than half assing it

Just gotta hang in there and do my usual grinding
