I think that is fairly possible to do, she has plenty of clothing, that is easy to get, thus no need to sew it yourself.
The coat might be a bit trickier to get, though not impossible.
Only real crafting would be all the armor pieces made out of worbla, and the necessity to sew on all sorts of laces, strings and what not.
Plus it wouldn't be the usual "slutty" cosplay which is great. Since with those it usually goes like 70% skin / 30% cosplay, and the cosplay itself is low/medium quality, looking good only thanks to the person wearing it
Id say go for it if you already have a hobby like this
