I wouldn't be in a hurry to call them lying about this; I mean what would be the point of lying about something so obvious? They definitely goofed though and had you called them incompetent I don't think anyone would have argued.

New whale stages weren't due yet anyway, the Magic Whale Maps were only run once, and so far, each set was run twice before adding a new set.
So right now, we're doing the Magic Whale Maps set for the second time.

I just have a hunch the Nutaku developers working on FKG aren't native English speakers, which causes some statements (and game translations) to be put in an odd manner.

I think this is the 3rd time, because I already did them, and last time I did Hit missions to get blue manyus to evolve Flowering Peach

edit: nope, your are right, I added the magic maps rewards on 10/28, so this is the 2nd time
