I went to the bank. Payment was sent, I called to Epoch since I used Paypal to pay - card is not blocked we got your first transaction,
I called to Probiller - no idea whats wrong call to Epoch. Like who the hell am I supposed to call to get this working ?!
First time I ever considered buying some god damned Nutaku gold other than that "first purchase deal" and this is what I get.

Sounds like a Paypal-Probiller issue, I know there were some people who use Paypal who were having issues buying gold a while back. Unfortunately, I've had bad experiences with Paypal so I don't use them anymore so I couldn't tell you how to fix it.
