since if you use the tickets to vote your count goes down does that mean i have to save 2000 tickets before i actually vote for the game to register that i reached the 2000 mark?

I think someone said that you only need to acquire the tickets. In other words, you can vote as much as you want and go into "voting history" to keep track of how many tickets you've gotten overall. I'm not sure about this though, and I'm not going to vote until I get some clarification on this.

No Rose for voting, boh. I am displeased.

Anyway, from the look of that screen-shot, is seems like we'll get a 6*and 2 5* of the 3 girls we vote for. And it would be pretty rational to not give us orchid/cactace/camelia if they don't win (camelia won't), since we would be getting our versions instead. Thus, reliving the event DMM did. Winners get re-dos, the other ones don't.

So, be safe and dump your votes into your favorite, and that's all. Don't do shanenigans with voting depending on the stars of the unit, as ost popular one will be released as a 6*, the other 2 as 5*, nor just stop voting Orchid/Cactace just because they won on DMM. I'm not saying we won't get them anyway, but i wouldn't take it for granted, as i find it likely to not be the case.

What annoys me a bit about it is that the pool has been limited, whe should be able to vote for any girl, not just for the girls at release day. Anyway, since i can't vote for Rose, i'll dump my votes into Amarylis, her design is too good to be a 2*, she deserves something better.

I hope Convallaria gets alternate version. She was my first gold and also my country's national flower.
