So if you just want the rewards, but don't care (much) about the game, just log in during those two half hours, make your way through alllll the popup banners (there really are a ridiculous lot of them) and hit the Participate button, make your way through a few more popups, until you see a screen with oval option buttons and a dropdown list in the top right quarter of the screen.
