Anyway I don't understand how the Dream Fests Timers work, honestly... I choose 2 entry times spaced by 5 (five) hours and after my first Dream Fest I have to wait... 16 (sixteen) hours to play the second! There is no indication of a.m or p.m...

That's odd. I have to wait only 5 hours after i can participate in the next one.
