I know it's best to use FG for gachas but when you think about it, gachas have a huge chance to just yield 3* girls, while the event is guaranteed to bring me a fully maxed girl. I'm very tempted to do it, especially since I'm a bit late on schedule (2 resets so far)...

The event will run for another week, we're still in phase one. So I'd wait for next weekend and then make a decision if I were you. (also considering the next phase might yield more ancient coins)
