By the way, I did take the ticket, since I want to dress up Helenium *fast*, so yeah, I took a dupe. Can't recommend it to anyone though, this is just some minor whaling on my side I think. Gladly, she skilled up as well

I initially bought the ticket with a similar thought for my Alpinia, but the next thing I know I selected Acacia instead.

the 10+1 draw was crap but i finally got anemone :3

Acacia is a great choice as well! She's currently taking all ATK ampies and skill blooms that I can get my hands on. Once I maxed Helenium with DEF and Health ampies, I'll probably feed those to Acacia as well.

I personally just like girls with short hair (a bit 1930's independency/flapper style). she's also one with a relatively "normal" personality, and an appearance of halfway twenties. Oh, and her stats are pretty decent: 20% ATK buff for the party as well as 10% ATK debuff for pests.

Pretty much what Drip said + once she has a self buff of 40% critical chance. I´ve seen her on DMM with some other crit. girls just pop that ultimate (which is bitchn as hell to be honest... I mean she has two levitating swords while also levitating herself, pretty badass) and cut through the Health bars of enemies like they were butter.
I believe once she is bloomed she has either an attack debuff or skill activation bonus. And yes she has a bloom form
