Have problem 3 starring the last map, without doing some serrious changes on the teams. What the setup of where they gonna land ?
Coz they always seem to skip the boss on the middle route.

If it can help you, i use that teamand i always got 3 medals:

For the helper, almost anything between 400~700 speed should work. I guess.

You wouldn't need much of a speed difference if squads 1&2 switch starting position with 3&4.
