As much as I'd like those tickets I'm slowly considering dropping out from this one as well.
PPS just doesn't motivate me to play the game at all. I'm not even interested in the scenes, from what little I've read of the dialogues the protagonist is really unlikeable plus the growth curve and the fact you only get boss rewards proportional to your damage dealt is a real downside for new players.
Right now I've beaten a lvl 15 boss using 14 focus points. It would have been at least twice that but I've cut the hp in half with an item first. I got 750 event points for it which really is quite a way to go to 1KK.
I'll probably play it through the weekend as much as my time allows just to check if this is doable, but so far the results are not looking good.

On second thought, nevermind. Slaving away in PPS is just not worth the rewards, so I'm skipping this event.
