So something odd is going on; I noticed last night that I was two sets of ampies short of what I should have earned. Just now, starting with 528 neckties, I use 60 (3 sets of 20) to kill the L.50 boss...but afterwards I now have 408 neckties. Somehow it used double the amount than should have been the case. Anyone else experiencing this?

edit: it isn't happening every time. The next six runs of 60 were fine. I started with 528 and should have had 8 sets of ampies, but only ended up with 7.

You just hit the 80 neckties button instead of the 20 one. It's really easy to miss-click without noticing it. Just fail the last run, don't watch the fight and you'll see absolutly nothing. I have done the exact same thing (except I notice it instantly when I saw Kerria dealing 500k damages at once). Just be careful the next time with that damn invasive button .

I've hit the 80 by accident a couple of times, a bit annoying, but still getting lots of Ampies.

I think not many people are going to get the Holly reissue!

That does make sense, and I considered that as well when I noticed the discrepancy last night so today I was being watchful...I don't know; maybe not watchful enough.

make sure the button animation goes through and you wont misclick on ATK x10. ATK x5 followed by ATK x3 is the most cost efficient way to do it though

I did the 80 neckties. Tested it and found out that the teams can burn down the boss when I use the 80 necktie power up, in one go.
Considering you still have to do 2x40 or 4x20 if you want to burn him down, its more time efficient to go straight for the 80, and just take the Boss down quickly.

It depends on the helper squads for me. With a few helpers, e.g., Hungry Hunter, Siloya and Kagami I can consistently do 3.5-3.9 million damage on a 20 Necktie attack so I can clear the boss with 3x20. Other helpers I am getting 3-3.5 million and so I try and make sure I get two whacks in with one of those three helpers, or a non-ally helper with around 90K+ total power in their helper squad.

I can do it in 60, regardless of the helper squad; the weaker squads just means that my third time around takes more than my first two squads to finish. That said, doing 80 once is certainly more time efficient, but at the cost of a set of ampies for me.

I've been doing world defences to try to get enough FGs for a rainbow dressbloom before Tuesday morning (I'm at 33 FG atm).
