Snowdrop actually has the better stats out of those two anyway and I think she looks better as well (she was my No.3 choice.)

Yeah, her baseline stats are pretty good.

The only thing that worries me is that she doesn't have a Bloomed form, while Saffron does. As to whether she'll ever get one, it's possible, but there's no guarantee. Even if she does, there's no telling what her added ability will be either.

I am okay with whatever though, as I wanted her so I grabbed her. Not thinking too much of "the meta" or whatever, just going with what my heart decides.

I'm not worrying about bloomed forms right now because at the rate Nutaku adds content it will be 6-12 months before we see most of them anyway if not longer. Add to that the fact that we have no content that even requires them right now and it becomes a non-issue vs current stats and general Waifu-ness.

I mean I picked up Helenium, and she aint exactly in the top tier when it comes to stats and abilities. She is doing ok, Ampys also help, but most importantly > Waifu material approved :3
