Bummer. I already used dress and skill items to max out the 5* characters I'd most want to rarity grow.

probably next year at best started in march on DMM. You can use blooms but keep in mind that they all reset when you RG a girl. I got Ardisia Bride on the backburner with white tulip. Ampys stay with the girl but not blooms
