On that note, the dev on Discord was giving me lip service earlier for daring to suggest that they fix the dialogue of all things. As in, how all the alt skins keep including the parentheses, such as Dogwood (Yukata) or German Iris (Festival)-senpai.

So I think that’s it for me. If they can’t even take simple “fix your translation so it doesn’t look like shit” advice, I can’t trust them to get their act together anymore.

I guess now’s as good a time as ever to move to DMM. Rerolling for Halloween Daisy will be painful, but at least feasible.

It's funny to see how people react when they don't know how to fix something and can't explain why. I guess mouthing off is a decent smoke screen.

It doesn't seem like a difficult fix; replace all [Dogwood (Yukata)] with [Dogwood]. It's not like there's ever a scene where more than one version of a unit shows up to cause confusion, thus necessitating differentiation.

As for DMM, personally I couldn't do it; relying on Google translate which is rudimentary and still doesn't provide enough information or context would drive me nuts. Even if I had the time to learn another language, I couldn't really justify it for the sake of playing a game.

Just curious.... How would you go about rerolling? Wouldn't that entail a new DMM account each time (and new email address)?

If it's setup anything like Nutaku, you can create multiple accounts with fake email addresses, opting to change to an actual email address once you have an account you like and want to keep. Using a VPN will prevent your IP being banned after making so many accounts in a given block of time.

Hmmm. Unfortunately, when I tried to create an account before using an email at mailinator.com it wouldn't accept it. Any recommendations on where to go to just generate email addresses?

If you're talking about doing that on DMM, I don't know. On Nutaku it should work just fine unless something recent has changed. As for generating an email address, you don't need to go through all that; just do something like ILikeBigButtsandICannotLie2017@yahoo.com or something using a totally made up username with an existing domain. If you need to make another one, just increment the number on the end.

You have to what ? Make an account, go through tutorial, get 50 gems, roll, hope for luck if nothing, delete the account rinse and repeat ?

Not sure how many but on DMM those 50 FG should be almost instanteous so that helps a little bit.
Not sure I would be willing be able to do that ad infinitum until the jackpot rainbow flower pot hit me in the gacha.

Though I suppose those who are willing to go that far, and re-do over and over and over again, in a certain way, it is commendable, the tenacity.

Lol actually I had like 200 email accounts at one time, I should have thought about that loophole when starting on DMM because yeah FGs there is given quite liberally. But the amount of time oh god, on second thought glad I didn't lol. And oh yes Myrdin I'm 100% sure there will be people who will do exactly that lol. All the power to them I guess...?

Kinda weird, but the first roll I made I got New Year Ivy. Not sure I can give up the 3 months of work I've already put in for one rainbow. On the other hand, i've gone three months or so on DMM and haven't gotten a single rainbow yet.

I'm told there's a way to reset specifically reset accounts on a per game basis.
