She is generic and can improve any team, and will get a great ability when she gets bloomed:
After being attacked, increases Skill Activation Rate for party members by 2x on the next turn.

I do like the evolved skin of the Bride version better. It's a shame I only have a few Skill Activation girls. I was saving my gems, but since we're getting more maybe it's time to go for that Anemone Miko.
