They didn't give a reason for it being shut down but I'm guessing it's because it didn't make enough money but it was my favourite gacha game due to the characters so I cry

Now I think the reason might be the IP. You see, looking at the girls, some of them use the exact names that have been used by the creator (Centoreia, Mia, Suu, Doppel, etc) - as far as I can tell unless the one who made the game got the rights to use the Monster Musume IP and names, this might have been one of the possible reasons for it to be shut down.

Would be amazing if someone did a legal deal with Okayado sensei and got the License to make a Monster Musume FTP gacha themed game akin to FKG, GS or some other better titles. I sure as hell would be down for that

The game is all official so it was fine in that aspect. It had voice acting from the official voice actors and everything
In the Monster Musume manga there is actually cameos of the game girls too

Damn... then it really is shame (also shame I didnt know about this sooner while it was still active). Did it have H content ? If not that might be one of the reasons for low sales since these types of games are mostly directed towards adult cassual gamers and such.
Awwww..... Well we can only hope something similar makes its return. Damn kinda sad I missed this one. Really do like me some non standard monster girls.

It was all ages and was up only for one year before being shut down so not surprising you never heard of it
You did get bonding scenes tho that sometimes did come with art which could be taken sexual
