well, Google translates かいろ 懐炉 exactly as Cairo, the capital of Egypt. Lol.
And i'm not so friendly with Japanese language or some in-depth translation websites, nor did i knew what those warmers were called in the original japanese version, so for me it's just what it says. Каир - the capital of Egypt. So yeah.
