Is giving rewards, but don't expect something good. Since some levels (80+) is giving pero, N cards or half peronamin

The rewards have nothing to do with the level of the guard. It's all pulled from the same reward table. The ultra guards have a separate table as well, assuming we get those in the second half of the event.

Updating, now 670k (N event card added, wasted second gacha ticket for nothing), 100k single (cum)shots.
